Suitcase

 Today i packed a suitcase

and i brought it everywhere with me

i packed all of the memories 

the hopes and dreams

only things i can see

this shirt is pink

it belonged to a friend I once knew

and if only she were still here

I would have someone to talk to

this shell I  got from the beach

it stabbed me as i sunk my knees

into the sand, on a sunny day

where we were the princesses

of our sandcastles

and this bracelet

that reads my guardian angel

that i let her wear one day at school

when she was going through something

and now

she is my guardian angel too
